Our Parish & Sacramental Program

Our Parish
Our school is situated within Clearview Kilburn Parish. It was formed with the amalgamation of Good Shepherd Clearview and and St Brigid's Kilburn.

We encourage our community to take part in the many religious and social activities of our Parish Family. Fr. Selva Raj is the Parish Priest and he visits the school on a regular basis for class and school Masses, sacramental preparation, and special celebrations.

The school and the wider Parish support each other, share facilities, and promote the wellbeing of all involved in the community.

Sacramental Program
St Brigid’s School is part of the Clearview Kilburn Parish and we work closely with the Parish in preparing children for celebrating the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Confirmation and First Communion.

Parents are the primary educators of their children, and our Sacramental Program is family-centred, parish-based and school-supported. We work in accordance with the Adelaide Archdiocese Initiation Policy for Children, which deems that children are able to receive Sacraments when ‘ready’.

As part of the Clearview Kilburn Parish, we celebrate these occasions at either Good Shepherd or St Brigid’s Church. First Communion is celebrated during weekend Parish Masses.

Please contact the Clearview Kilburn Parish Office for more information, 8262 1070 or clearkilbparish@internode.on.net.
